STODDARD’S REVOLUTIONIZES GUN BUYING WITH OUR “NO REGRETS” 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

When you purchase any gun from Stoddard’s, we guarantee your satisfaction. Use your gun for up to 30 days and if for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, return it to us within 30 days and receive a store credit for the FULL purchase price. Of course the gun must still be in “as-new” condition (yes, we know you have shot it), not damaged, modified or subjected to misuse and must have all original boxes, packaging, paperwork (including the Lifetime Warranty card) and accessories. Yes, it’s really that simple. Of course the following conditions do apply: Stoddard’s reserves the right to refuse the “No Regrets” credit on any Special Order or Online purchase firearm that doesn’t fit our normal inventory or to any customer whom Stoddard’s believes is abusing the “No Regrets” policy. The “No Regrets” credit does not apply to lower receivers.

ACCESSORIES RETURN POLICY

Items, excluding firearms, ammunition and electronics, may be returned within seven (7) days of purchase and must be in its original packaging and have an original (copies are not accepted) receipt. To be accepted for return, the item must not show any signs of wear or use. NO RETURNS ON AMMUNITION.

ALL FIREARMS PURCHASED FROM STODDARD’S RANGE AND GUNS, WHETHER NEW OR USED, WHETHER PURCHASED ONLINE OR IN STORE, ARE COVERED BY A LIFETIME WARRANTY.

We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any firearm purchased from Stoddard’s Range and Guns for as long as it is owned by the original purchaser. This warranty is not transferable. STODDARD’S RANGE AND GUNS assumes no responsibility for product malfunction or for physical injury or property damage resulting in whole or in part from criminal or negligent use of the firearm, improper or careless handling, unauthorized modification, use of defective or improper hand loaded, reloaded or remanufactured ammunition, or customer abuse, neglect or misuse.
