“You charge it just like racking a slide with a handgun,” range owner Ken Baye said. “You would use the charging handle here and rack it.” Baye is one of the owners of Stoddard’s Range and Guns in Atlantic Station. He said the AR-15 may look as menacing as its military cousin but it falls far short of the mark.
