The first gun range in the city of Atlanta just opened its doors, but critics complain that the gun range is too close to neighborhoods.
Stoddard’s Range and Guns is located on Bishop Street near Atlantic Station.
At more than 30,000 square feet, the facility is massive. The owners hope to offer something for everyone.
“We were very anxious to be in the middle of everything,” said Ken Baye, who is a co-owner of the facility. “There was a tremendous demand here for people who wanted a place to shoot.”
The range offers two dozen shooting lanes, a large retail space and dozens of guns to buy or even rent.
