Join us every 2nd and 4th Tuesday in Douglasville and every 2nd and 4th Monday in Atlanta for the Stoddard's Zero Hour 2-Gun Challenge! Come compete against local shooters of all ages and skill levels to test your skills in a fun and exciting environment that will push your skills in time management & accuracy. Here's what you will need: Sporting Style Rifle/Pistols (no lever actions or single action rifles) All rifles must contain either front and rear iron sights, a red-dot optic or scope All rifles must contain a chamber flag when not in use AR/AK Styled pistols are allowed but must contain an arm brace and must be shouldered when fired Semi-Automatic Handgun: Must be carried in an OWB Holster only. Join us every Thursday in Douglasville for the Stoddard's Rifle Challenge! Matches will be similar to IDPA matches but with semi-automatic rifles. There is a 20 shooter max limit to each match. Shooters will have the chance to compete and shoot courses of fire that will test their speed and accuracy all while focusing on safe gun handling in most common scenarios. Shooters can choose to be timed or not. The goal is to provide an environment similar to IDPA and USPSA but where shooters can share similar interests in the rifle community, meet new friends, and better their skills as a shooter. Stoddard’s is proud to host The Well Armed Woman (TWAW) meetings with Douglasville chapter leader Kim Grubb. The Well Armed Woman, LLC was created to be a complete resource without fluff or frills for women gun owners of all ages. Stoddards Midtown is the host range for The Well Armed Woman South Atlanta Chapter is under the leadership of Daphne Jordan, a NRA Certified Basic Pistol Instructor. Our chapter has been in existence for almost two years and is constantly growing with new members. Our Bowling Pin Shoot is a perfect way to improve your skills and meet some great people. This is for shooters of ALL skill levels. Stoddard’s is hosting bowling pin shoots in Douglasville on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month. Sign-up begins at 5:00 in Douglasville – Shooting starts around 5:30 pm. Registration Fee: Members (included in membership) Non-Members ($5.00 per round / $15.00 for all 3 rounds*) Awards: Each month a Stoddard’s “Certificate of Excellence” shall be awarded, in all divisions, to the shooter participating in both monthly pin shoots with the best average time.

Each Monday @ 6:30pm in Douglasville and each Wednesday @ 6pm in Midtown, Stoddard’s hosts an International Defensive Pistol Association (“IDPA”) match. IDPA emphasizes the use of practical equipment including real ammunition to solve simulated “real world” self-defense scenarios using practical handguns and holsters that are suitable for self-defense use. The main goal is to test the skill and ability of an individual. On occasion, Stoddard’s also hosts IDPA seminars as an introduction to IDPA. The IDPA seminar, safety in a competition environment will be explained as will terminology used at matches. There will be a brief discussion about equipment used and also an explanation of some firearm handling required by shooters. IDPA’s competition rules will be covered in detail. Finally, scoring will be explained along with procedures you can expect to follow at a match. With the conclusion of the classroom portion, we will move to the range and shoot a short two or three stage match for an opportunity to see what it’s really like. Every Friday 6-8pm in Douglasville Mark your calendars and come join us for our Steel Shoot! Learn the art of speed and precision while shooting indoors at steel targets in a fun and competitive environment. Our Steel Shoot is fun, interactive, and a great way to get valuable feedback in order to improve your shooting skills. Pricing is $25. Stoddard’s members receive a free box of Inceptor Frangible Ammunition at the time of the shoot.
